What You’ll Be Doing:
As a CSR at T&H Plumbing Service, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with scheduling plumbing services.
- Providing customers with accurate information about services and promotions.
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Scheduling and dispatching plumbers for service appointments.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Providing a positive and friendly experience for every customer.
In short, you’ll turn “Oh no” plumbing moments into “Glad I called T&H” experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is organized, positive, and great at communication.
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a service-oriented industry).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
