Position: Full Time Multi Family Plumber Foreman

T & H Plumbing Services, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Multi Family Plumber Foreman to join our construction team. We are known for honest work, strong craftsmanship, and a team first culture. If you take pride in leading projects the right way and enjoy working with a solid crew, this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands on in the field while helping guide projects from rough in to final trim.
• Install water, waste, and vent systems for multi family developments such as apartments and townhomes
• Read blueprints and follow job specifications accurately
• Coordinate rough ins, top outs, and final trims with crew members
• Maintain safety standards and code compliance at all times
• Represent T & H Plumbing with professionalism and pride
You’ll help keep projects running smoothly and set the standard for quality on every job site.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experience, reliability, and leadership.
✅ Five or more years of experience in new construction or multi family plumbing
✅ Ability to read prints and layout plumbing systems
✅ Strong work ethic with a team first mindset
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Ability to work in a fast paced construction environment and adapt as needed
Leadership or foreman experience is a plus, but character and accountability matter just as much.
